My father was stationed at Subic Bay 1970-1971..my mother came stateside only a couple of days before I was born...she has not seen her land of the Philippines for as long as I have been alive(37 years).

I'm married to a Flip as well. Love her to death and the culture. I love going back to visit them. Such happy people. I have had such great experiences while there except catching pneumonia on the honeymoon in Boracay.
