Hi SoonerBorn! I like Spam! I like it fried in a cast-iron skillet. I like it on toast with just a bunch of pepper and a tad of mustard. Yum yum! LOL!

Yep, I like it fried on lightly toasted bread with melted cheese and mustard.

This thread was born from a discussion we had out at the Okies G&G meet. CGO absolutely LOVES spam.

Just for the chuckles, I googled spam recipes and got over 350K hits. That should keep anyone from getting burned out. I know they have a national cookoff for prize money and bragging rights for the best recipe. Spam has been a friend of mine as far back as I can remember.

I lived on the tins sent to me in care packages! I would never badmouth a nice canof SPAM! CGO don't even know what she's missing! I'll take SPAM over that chicken spread any old day! I LOVE SPAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ummmm I love SPAM. I can open a can and have 3 square from it. Spam and eggs for breakfast. Fried Spam sandwiches and Tomato soup for lunch. And Spamgetti for dinner.
