Blog Entries: 7 | Gates: Air Force to Cease Drawdown Gates: No more cuts to Air Force personnel - Air Force News, news from Iraq - Air Force Times Well gents, after ol Gates gave Mosley and Wynn the boot last week, we were hoping for change and, well we got it, step one: Air Force Personnel "Force Shaping" to end... THANK THE HEAVENS!! Working 20+ year old aircraft with 5 less weapons crews (a total of 15 people short, not counting people on leave, appointments, and cut trained to fill other slots) will finally end! That is just the weapons side of the house, crew chiefs and avionics guys were short as well... I was nervous at what Gates might do after he got rid of those two knuckleheads, but you know what, I am starting to ease up a little, I just might like the way he wants to take this Air Force! |
