new toys.

So the wife came up with the idea to go to cabelas for vaca. Who was I to argue. So when I was looking at the rifles I asked about a few things, like a 358 winchester, or a 416 rigby in a cz. But I found a couple of items that just jumped out and said take me home. A ruger no3 in 22 hornet, and an old style vaquero in 44-40, stainless with faux ivory grips. Had planned on spending about 6-700 but got both for just a bit more. Sorry pics yet am still waiting on the 44-40 to be shipped home. But you gotta love the wifes ideas even they get a good one once in a while.

Congrats on your news toys! Might I suggest you keep on lookin' for that .358 though, cause if you think you'd like one, you'll love it!

My wife was nice to me like that last Saturday when she told me to go ahead and buy a S&W 642.

Great job, anytime you can come home with two guns and the wife is ok with it.
We can all use that kind of understanding.
