28 June 2008 6:45am (est)...got this...on the Powder Keg thread, after reading a thread and attempting to return to the other threads to read. I went to the G&G Gun Forums list and clicked on General Forums, to see if it occured on other threads, as well... and it did not. Appears to be only occurring on the Powder Keg Forum, from this end.? Just an update and advisement...

I got the same thing, and tried to put it in reverse, and hit the wall, driving blind! My computer doesn't have backup mirrors, it's a good thing CGO wasn't standing behind me, I'd never be able to explain that kind of accident, to the authorities! All joking aside, I got the same stuff, and went off, then came back on, and it started right up.

I got thnumerous times as well. Finally I Googled G&G and used a different path to get here. Everything is working so far except for some images.

Oh thank God I thought I had a virus. I have been running my anti virus and anti spyware programs non stop since yesterday. lol I was begining to worry.

The chat is a bit more tricky than I thought.

Some folks are having issues logging in. Some of the new members can't post....

Hey Guys!

This month will be the first month we will be breaking records with the amount of people on the web site.

With an average(some days we have more) of 8,000 different people checking out the site! Each of those 8,000 people per day are checking out about 5 pages on the site. So that's about 40,000 pages per day we are feeding the world! So that makes it 40,000*30 = 1.2 Million page views in a month! That's a lot!

I'm having to go through the database, make sure it can repair itself in the future. I'm also putting into place an automatic backup just in case the above fails.

I will be seeking advertisers in the coming future. This will help me fund the site, as well as the gracious donations so many of you have made! Some of you know I will be leaving my full time job to go to school full time. This is a very exciting time, and a very scary time as far as finances go. I have worked these few years to save up enough to go to school without going into debt, so I'm looking forward to it. This site means a lot to me, and the ability for it to become solvent is very important to me in the future. So, if you know anyone that may want to advertise on the site - let me know via private message.

I have a vacation coming within a few days. I plan to get what I started on the site finished, and see what happens then!

I've made contact with an excellent sporting goods dealer to see if he'd like to advertise on this great site...and, as soon as he responds I'll PM info to you.

I'll work up a list of other dealers/businesses I've worked with and send them a message about the advertising opportunity as well.

Just think, 8,000+ people a day seeing your advertisement on G&G Forum...that's a large potential customer base...and still growing!
