Chris, chat will not recognize my user name or password. Keeps telling me its incorrect.

Others have been saying the same thing as well, Chris. It works fine for me though.

hey chris, not an emergency, but...every time i try to go on chat, either nothing comes up or a window pops up saying incorrect password.
when you get the chance can you please check it out?
