I truly believe they all oughta be arrested, for harboring fugitives from justice. I would be arrested, for aiding a fugitive, and this is supposed to be a nation of equal justice, for all, so go get 'em!

Here's a big mess . . .

as the politicians overtly or covertly backing this kind of thing get all sorts of media attention for other statements they will make on other topics.

The politicians connected in any way to this activity should be brought out in public and made to answer for it.

I must agree with you. Politicians rarely spend a great deal of time on one subject during a press conference. Most are well schooled as (spokesmen-spokespersons), on changing the subjects they wish brought to light, on other subjects of their agenda's, they are really interested in getting the publics attention with. Most of the media, (of course), being their partners-in-crime...as "side-kicks"....(instead of holding their feet to the fire, to stay on topic),.... play right along.

Yes, MarineOne

it has always made me feel sad and disgusted that so many of the ultra liberal politicians get the famous "softball" questions from adoring media people while decent conservatives and even Libertarians with valid observations and comments cannot get one second on the local news much less the national media.

Every one in California should be recalled. They need to be arrested.

The justice system is constantly asking for vigilante justice by letting criminals go free.

San Fran is a pretty city; it's a shame it has been taken over by so many totally wacky people with a convoluted sense of justice and right and wrong.

too bad you couldn't shoot em in the back and get away with it over there. I would love to start seeing the numbers of crime rates in Kalifornistan vs. the crime rates in Texas.

I went to San Fran on vacation with my brother, his wife and my girlfriend about five years ago. I can honestly say I that I have no interest in ever returning. Although the natural beauty of California is undeniable, they had homeless people fighting in the streets with no cops to be seen, gangs of homeless drug users in the park, and people publicly using drugs on the street corners. And i used to live in downtown Atlanta for 10 years so i thought i had seen it all, but Atlanta looked clean cut compared to San Fran.

"The San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department has been shipping underage crack dealers to group homes in an effort to shield them from the feds under the city's 1989 "City of Refuge" ordinance, which prohibits city employees from informing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents of illegal immigrants."

What a great example the city of San Fran is setting. Making it illegal for a responsible law abiding citizen to report illegal activity...

Its a good thing the leadership in this city is so concerned about drugs and all the problems that come with it.

I just read on Yahoo news that due to immense pressure they have canned the program! Let's take our country back! Amazing what happens when people stand up for their rights.

One reason it was canned is because the mayor wants to run for gov.
