I did grape and apple. I cheated and used fruit juice. There is a recipe I used that was put out by Ball, in was in the box of jelly jars I bought. All it required was the juice, lots of sugar and pectin. I will look further and see if I saved it. It was just on the enclosed flyer in the box. I did also make Orange Marmalade from the recipe in my canning book. It was a pain slivering up all the orange and lemon peels. Let me know if you want that one and I will type it for you.
