Blog's?

How does one set up a "Blog" on this forum? I was told to set up a Blog for my grievances on how the military and vets are being treated. If I figure out how to do this, will any of you read it? I'm sure others like me will weigh in on this subject. My time is valuable, too and I don't want to waste my time and yours posting something that won't be addressed or receive feedback. Thanks!

i put all kinda gibberish on mine and i get responses so a sensible man like you should be good to go!

but a blog is kind of like a diary so dont expect to be flooded with responses.
