Rules of Gun and Game forum.

Just thought Id help out and post these here since some seem to have forgot them.

Obedience of these rules are mandatory for use of this website.
- You are aware that the forums and chatroom are in real time without a moderator everywhere you are. So you understand that these forums might contain material that is not accurate.

- Any For Sale, or For Trade, or Wanted to Buy post will follow Federal, State and Local laws according to where you live. Ignorance of not knowing that a firearm can not be shipped to a private citizen after purchasing is not an excuse. This is just an example of what I mean.

- No spamming or posting of links that are an attempt to drive users and resources from this site to something you can personally gain from. This is not limited to other forums, auctions, personal online stores, gambling sites, and/or journals. The type of link is left up to the staff of Gun and Game, and the user will be warned once followed by a ban if the user persists.

- No profane language

- No posting of nudity or pornography

- No racism in any fashion.

- No defamation of the innocent (ie:children,ect.)

- Any person attempting to gain access to information or the server will be reported to the FBI.

- Memebers should be aware that if a legal complaint or concern is brought to the attention of Gun and Game that we may release personal information collected from this site in accordance to Federal and State law. This includes and is not limited to: email, internet protocol address, internet service provider, first and last name, and location of where you accessed the site from.

- The administrators reserve the right to amend these rules without notice.

To be the first to reply....I agreed with these rules when I signed up and made a donation to keep the site running. I still support them, today, providing they adhered to, and are just and fair, including "ALL", appointed positions!!

as a mod
i was given guidelines.
a rulebook if you will.
and i try to follow it to the letter.
that way i cant be accused of favoritism
