im shure it will but you will need to cut that part that sticks out, the yugo has just a flat block on the stock where it goes into the recever

Depends on who made the M-70. The Yugo M-70 does not play well with other Ak after market parts. Good gun it just is a different size, the reciver is made from a thicker sheet metal. It might fit if it is a Century arms parts gun.

It fit on my NHM-91 which has a 1.5mm receiver

That is made for a stamped receiver, the Yugos are almost all (if not all) milled receivers and don't interchange the stocks.
