vanguard sub-moa 308 optic help

Hi guys, after tour im planning on buying a good hunting rifle. Ive decided on the weatherby vanguard sub moa. i dont think the trigger pull will be a problem as im use to a 7 pound trigger pull. i think im gonna go for the .308 that said whats a good optic to put on the vanguards in .308? i was looking at those nighteaters but im not sure and figured id just test it out at the store untill i found one i liked. but if any of you know a good sight that worked for you in .308 at least id have something to start with on my search. thanks

This level of gun demands high quality optics so as not

compromise the performance (this happens more than you would think).
I would start with the high quality scopes from major manufacturers such as Leupold. What I would not do would be to puchase a lesser expensive scope from someone relatively new to the marketplace,

Go to the local dealer and take a view through each scope you place under consideration. It is up to you to decide on the recticle style you prefer.

Whatever you choose, remember practice is the key to success.

I use a Leupold scope with great success. It's a VX-III 2.5-8X36mm. A very simple, very clear, very rugged rifle scope. Leupold is good to work with too.

I went with a Leupold tactical with the TMR recticle and it is made for the .308. I spent more than I probably should have but it is an awsome setup. Also the Ziess Conquest and the Nightforce are really nice scopes.
