Pretty difficult to fake DNA, so we will see what happens tomorrow.

If they can't identify the DNA that doesn't prove it's a big foot. It could be a new species of buffalo. lol

DNA has to have established markers. Since when do we have Big Foot DNA to compare against? I think an autopsy and full video with some of the video that was supposedly taken during the hunt (somewhere it said that more live Big Foots were being tracked and sighted when this one was found) will make a case for this animal. Looks like a Big Foot to me. Else it's a great hoax but with "live" (dead) animal body and tissue?

I have some video and audio of Big Foot encounters that are convincing.

Not saying we do have bigfoot DNA to compare it to. But, we do have DNA to compare it against. If it does not meet a bufallo's DNA, DNA of an orangutang, bear, elk, moose, etc... Then if the body is disected and found to have an in-tact skeleton, musculature, nervous system, etc... If it is a hairy American Ape, then what would you call it? That would be a bigfoot to me.

Now, the guys who found this supposed carcass are not well thought of in the world of bigfoot hunters. Many of their photos, videos and such are obviously faked, yet they deny any falsehoods. I don't know about this one, but we will see.

Right now, it is just interesting to me.

A DNA test will work. If it is any existing mammal on this planet, it will match enough to say that it is of the same species. If it's truly a new species, then the DNA test will prove that as well.

I don't like to buy into these things. Therefore, I say it's a mutilated mammal that we already know of. But I'd like to be proven wrong

Squeezing it into a freezer and then taking a picture is always convincing! Those perfect, extremely white teeth also have me sold. I think one of those guys might be selling real estate on line also.

Someone already pegged this as a hoax and even ID'd the perps.

www.bigfootforums.com/lofiversion/index.php/t23251.html

I think that's the right thread, can't see it at work.

So...if it's real...does this mean we have to start buying the .476 Sasquatch Express rounds Silent Shooter mentioned in another bigfoot thread back a bit?

From what I've read on other sites, its a picture of a sasquatch suit (which was even ID'ed) with pig entrails.

The people behind it have been responsible for other hoaxes in the past, as well.

Besides...they have a body to take pictures of, but they are only offering the pictures and "DNA" and not the entire physical body for research?

It all seems fishy to me. Personally, I do believe in the vast expanse of wilderness there very well could be something to all these reports, videos, etc. But I don't think a couple known hoaxers are going to be the ones who make the legitimate discovery.

If it is a hoax, it will really do in these guys. The only way it will be taken as fact is if outsiders get to investigate the actual animal. Pictures are not going to hold up. I saw another picture where it appears that they have it on ice in the cooler. Wise thing to do before it decays enough to be questionable. But then, I'm not a big game hunter so I would think some of you guys would know better than me how to preserve this animal for it to be properly investigated. I hope it's not just another hoax.

I heard this recording a few years ago. It's not the full recording that I heard but it's the best I could find of it tonight.

But think about it, when you see wild primates, are their teeth bad? It's only humans that eat sweets and stuff that seem to have teeth problems. Most Gorillas seem to have some pretty good teeth.
