Ya mean my 45acp is not safe???? SHEESH, GOLLY!!!!

I remember when I was in high school a buddy of mine swore up and down that a 1911 would go off by itself. We were at a quarry pit shooting and he was about to shoot my 1911a1. He loaded it, pointing in a safe direction but not aiming touched off a round and swore it "just went off". I had seen his finger move on the trigger so I just responded with "Ya, it does that when you pull the trigger." He didn't think that was too funny.

Here is a link to it: http://www.pointshooting.com/1911.htm

It has to do with CQ self defense, not target and range shooting.

many will agree on that

but I would pay money for him to shoot my S&W J frame 38 snubby like that. between the flash gap and that super short barrel, I guarantee, that would really hurt.

Isn't this thread responsible for getting at least one person banned?

Red face

We need a valiant and courageous MOD to step into the breech, and bring this madness to it's well deserved end......
