Anyone ever build a 1911 from a sarco parts kit? Any suggestions of cheap 1911 parts kits?

I have not done it, but I've considered it. THe problem is in the word "cheap", which generally means the parts require substantial modifaications to fit correctly (according to some other reviews that I've read. I've never heard anything specifically about Sarco's kit).

If you do it please let us know how it turns out.
