well from what you said he done comited a felony crime with a gun. so i don't think he can stay at your house if you have guns. so the guns will have to go or he will. second if they tried to rob a drug dealer don;t you thnik that some retaliation is comin his way?so now havin him in your house puts you and everyone else in danger .

He's not coming back into the house. Not while I live in it. As to my guns--either myself, or my other son-in-law (ex-marine) are always here--with a pistol, and we keep the shotgun handy. Doors are kept locked, except when someone goes through them. I don't like living as if under siege, but it's prudent, for now. And no--I will not get rid of my guns for him--he chose to commit a felony, I didn't. So I see no justification for me to give up my rights on his behalf.

I keep reading the first option in the thread title as "buttwipe". Which seems equally applicable. Stay safe RNC. About a week ago they found 5 hispanic "young men" in an apartment with their throats cut. Investigation revealed that they had tried to screw a drug dealer out of $450,000. The next week, three cars were set on fire in the same complex. Police say that was related as well.

I have a ex son-in -law like that but he put nude photos of my two year old grand daughters on the web. I would like to wet him down with jp5 and hit his nutz with a red hot shot bull prod for starters then really get mad at him and do some wicked stuff. But then again Im really not cruel but I like to waterboard him in a septic tank.

I don't want to condone a divorce but if it was my daughter she would divorce him. The she would move in with me so I can keep an eye on her and the grand baby. The drug dealer would go after him not her I would think. Like stated above he wouldn't be aloud near your house with firearms in it. If he showed up call the police and have him arrested again.

Yep, sorry to hear that. I guess I will echo what other people have said. Sit the girl down and have a long talk with her, explain that the retarded man she decided to marry is of the sort that isnt gonna change so she has two options, make her and her daughter suffer through this jerk or dump him for good. Really her first priority should be her daughter and if she cared one wit about her she would kick this loser to the curb for good. Depending on how bad this dealer is, you can either just let it lay and count on him not being carrying this over to you and her, or at least not being stupid enough to. You could also try to get a message across to the guy that the SIL is history as far as your concerned and you might even be willing to make a small donation to the person who kicked the crap outta him the minute he gets out, and leaves him with the distinct impression that to come around you or yours again would be hazardous for his health. lol I guess you could technically get in trouble for that.

As far as thieves go I like hanging 'em myself. Cowards should be shot. Unfortunately you can legally do neither. Now is the hard part cutting off all support. Chances are he will use your daughter to get money from you. I would limit help to her only(and the grandkids if there are any) this would be in the form of food (that had to be eaten at my house no take outs) and clothing for the kids. I wouldn't provide anything that could be pawned or sold. He sounds like my daughter-in-law, so in a way I know what your going through. I keep hoping she will get busted here in my county so I can pull some strings and get her sent off till hell freezes over.

I agree with Windwalker, PontiacDM and soonerborn. Get your daughter to divorce this lowlife ASAP. Get a really good divorce lawyer and make sure he has all parental rights severed. No visitation, no child support, no contact, nothing. Yes, your daughter will have a hard time ahead, as will your granddaughter. But at least they won't have to deal with the stigma of husband/daddy being an ex-con. Honestly, I feel they will have a much better chance with him out of the picture and you to watch over them, RNC. |

Move the daughter and gdaughter to Alaska. There's enough members there to help take care of them. Kneecap the SIL, so he remembers every time he takes a step.

How about having him camp out in the front yard every night chained to a tree for a while? His "friends" might come to visit and talk with him about how to act while he's there and explain it's not nice to point pellet guns at folks trying to conduct business.

Take him to the woods make sure it has high Hog population. (1) Nail his sack to a stump! (Use fender washers so he cant pull loose) (2) Paint him up real good with Acorn Jelly for Hogs! (3) Hand him a rounded edge butter knife. Now tell him its the knife or the hogs. We painted that stuff on a tree and they have damb near chewed thru it. Had this problem with my oldest son in Miami, he screwed with the wrong people and brought all kinda of problems to his mothers house, which has 3 small children living there as well. I told her to throw him out she didnt have the back bone for it. She called me one day and said he got robbed at gun point in the front yard and was freaking out. I told her I would be there but I was still in Tn. at the time 12 hrs. later of chewing on this I got there. Kicked his ass real good hes a grown man now, not a minor so there was no holding back, my hand was sore for two weeks. Bring him back with me, we move back to North Fl. 2 months later he's gone my x calls he's there, she lets him back in. Everythings good for 2 weeks now back to the same game and she wants me to go and get him again. I said NO! You should have thrown him out when he got there you didnt so I wash my hands. I have children still to raise and I'm done. 3 months later he shows up on my door step same people after him again. I put my arm around him and said lets take a walk. Right to the gate my foot in his ass, I told him if comes back I'll have him arrested for trespassing. 2 weeks later he calls crying, hes been sleeping in the woods has no way to get anywhere, hes sick god only knows what he has been eating I go and get him bring him home straighten him out. Its been 4 months now and he has a job and so far so good but I dont take my eye off him and he knows it, not yet. And dont think I didnt catch holy hell from the woman in the family. I gently told them to pack sand and dealt with it. Tough love but he was my son, this is a Son-In-Law that crossed the line with wife and child. THE HOGS FOR HIM! Stik |

take him in the woods and take his cloths off then bend him over a tree stump and strap him to it then squirt doe in heat scent all over his butt. you can go as for as putting some underwear on him and poping a hole in them and soakin them in the same stuff so they will keep the scent even longer. then leave him there for a week .

Instead of momma whooping him, it looks like uncle is going to do it. Uncle Sam. Try to get the judge to put his butt in the armed services to straighten him. Watch out for those dealers, why didn't they get jailed? There goes his gun rights.

As far as uncle Sam kickin' his ass--he's already in the National Gaurd. He pled guilty, right off, so he'll probably get kicked out. Unless he can cut some sort of deal to get deployed to aAfganistan with the rest of his Unit, that's already there. Why didn't the dealers get arrested? Well, they illegaly entered the dealers house and attempted robbery/and commited assault. In Indiana, being the victim of a crime does not give the police probable cause to search your home, so unless there were incriminating items left out they wouldn't be allowed to search them. As to whatever the two idiots had to say to the cops--well, they were just arrested for a violent felony, so their word wouldn't exactly be considered trust worthy. people who commit armed robbery don't deserve gun rights, and in this state they won't get them. Nor can they Vote.
