For several years the Virginia General Assembly has declined to pass legislation to close the "gun-show loophole" that allows "unlicensed dealers" to sell firearms without a background check at gun bazaars. And for good reason.

Come to think of it there is a wide variety of vendors at a gun show. Never really thought about that when the Brady's mentioned the term "unlicensed dealers".
