Post Cool 1911 Grips

I was wandering about eBay, and found this store selling 1911 grips. I thought eBay no longer allowed any sort of firearm component/parts to be sold through them? Anyways, I don't have a 1911, but I thought maybe some of ya'll who do would find them interesting.

They don't allow any part that can enable a gun to fire. Firing pin, magazine, barrel, ect. Sometimes you'll find parts on there that shouldn't be because they lack the knowledge to know what a certain parts function is.

eBay still allows the sale of gun accessories and even limited gunsmithing services, mostly bolt-bending. It's not a bad place to look for things like scopes, scope mounts, stripper clips and holsters, though there are better sites for all of the above. What they won't allow is anything relating to functionality. No moving parts, no magazines, no bolts, no gas tubes or pistons, nothing like that. Part of it is they are worried about liability issues and bad press like the site that sold the Veriginia Tech shooter the hi-cap mags received. More of it is that the executives who run the company are all antigunners, based on their behavior.

Thanks for the site.

Ebay will allow gun supply items like grips, holsters, range bags etc just no working gun parts like barrels, magazines, slides.
