Before I go to the local gunsmith was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of a better iron sight to put on my boys 22's Rossi rifle. It is brand new and comes with optic fiber sights but the front sight is so big hides the target at 50 yds. Thanks for all your help.

This does not answer your question fully, but, you could try having him hold at 6 oclock.
