That's funny...I have an AR but was really tinking about my .220 Swift for deer season just in case. Doesn't have a bunch of recoil and will knock a deer down....

more like you might not be able too shoot them again. with a neck injury any sudden jerk will put you down.the ar is not bad at all though. I wish i still had mine right now the only rifle i can shoot is my .22 . A shot gun is way out of the question for me.are they going to try the steroid shots in you'er neck. i hear they work good for a while. they want to do the botox injections on me just as soon as the ins. company approves it . hope it works out good for you .
Just remember..You are my client...I will tell you what to say next...LOL..I'm a little bit worried about the pain factor involved in a cathiter running up my spine..but they sat I get a Valium drip...I'M IN!

Mr. S...... , Here is Doctor Ken's reccomendations. For easing the stress, lay on the floor, say next to bed, couch or chair. Put your legs up on the chair so that thighs are 90* to the floor and your lower legs ,calves, are 90* to thighs. ( _i- )shorta like that. Lay there at lease 15-20 minutes. Helps to relieve pain.
Second, when doctor says to stay off work for 3 days, take the drugs like he prescribes for the first two days. The Third day, Wake up a 3:30 am and grab the 6 1/6 ft. poppin rod, head for the Gulf Coast, buy a pint of live shrimp and go wade-fishing, the deeper the water the lest pressure on your lower back. Great therapy especialy when ya bring back a stringer of trout and reds. Works for me everytime.
