I'm having a problem finding an apartment in the St. Paul area. So one of my friends from a local Mustang club has offered to rent me out a room in his house. Heated garage, everything included for the price including home cooked meals. We'll see how that goes. The internet CAN be a good thing!

What made ya wanna leave the Springs, other than it being the Springs?
Came back after many years gone cause even as a young man, couldn't find any work in the Springs. Colorado Springs is beautiful. So after 15 years in Las Vegas I decided to sell the house at a huge profit and went back home. Still, after all those years, no jobs in the Springs unless you are a military contractor which I am not. So I just took a job in St. Paul, MN. I still own a house in the Springs but it's going down in value.

I've talked to friends, in Ca., and some of them are in a bad way, over buying property, when it was inflated. Some of them now owe over fifty grand, above what the property is worth. It's a tough situation, but most of them will stick with what life gave them.
