Does anyone make a scope mount that will fit the Mk II 22/45?
I saw a B-square unit on a Mk I at a show. It had a set screw that protruded into the extraction port, looking like a potential souce of problems. Other than that, it replaced the rear sight and clamped to the front of the receiver for a nice fit. Apparently the movement of the slide is enough to dislodge it without the set screw there.
Is there a better mount out there somewhere?
I'm trying to find a cheap way to practice holding a scoped handgun on target as deer season approaches, and this might be my best solution. I plan to take the scope off and on about once a year if I go this route.

drill and tap mounts are available and in all probability much more secure.......plus with a low profile such as this, remove the scope/rings and leave the base in place should not interfere with iron sights
