Does anyone have any leads on where to obtain a shoulder holster for a CZ 82 pistol? And how about extra mags? Or defense ammo?

If I'm not mistaken, there is no place to click to buy that. I saw the holster, and it looks very nice. But then I got excited and realized I can't buy it? The link on the review page to the holster page cannot be found :/
