FYI Members,
As reported in HAWKEYE, Hunting & Fishing News, a New Hampshire sportsman publication: Connecticut Valley Arms, Inc., has issued a warning about a recall on certain CVA muzzleloading rifles manufactured in 1995 & 1996. The recall is due to some very serious accidents that have occurred when using these rifles.
If you own a CVA in-line rifle with a 95 or 96 serial number, or have given one to another person and the barrel has not been replaced, you are urged to contact Black Powder Products Representatives @ 1 (770)449-4687 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Connecticut Valley Arms has been purchased by Black Powder Products, who are dedicated to continue the CVA recall until all these dangerous barrels have been replaced. There are still about 10% of them out there somewhere that haven't been upgraded.
