Exclamation Bought a new XD-45 w/thumb safety

Picked it up at my transferring dealer on Friday night, it is really a well made pistol. I haven't shot it yet hope to this weekend. I went on S-A's site and they are running a deal if you buy a XD or XD(M) you get 2 free mags and a mag holster offer expires January 15th, 2009

Picked up my XD 5" tactical .45 w/thumb safety tonight. Birthday gift from my wife. It came with the extra goodies. Can't wait to shoot it, but will have to wait for the weekend. Field strips almost as fast as my Glock 20.

I just checked the Springfield WS and I could not find any info about which XD models now come with a thumb safety, so could someone enlighten me as to which XDs come with a thumb saftey, which ones that do not will, and deos anyone know if S-A is planning on making the new XDMs in 45acp with a thumb safety?
