whenever i have to stop spending money on my computer i'm gonna get around to buying one of the Hi-Points. I'm thinking the C9. I've recently bought a Ruger Gp100 and a Springfield 1911 GI model so i need to buy something cheap just to play with.

I'd rent one first and rent a Millennium the same day. I'm sure you'll find the Millennium worth the extra $100. I have one (Milennium 9MM) and it's a great boat/glove box gun.

Reliable is the KEY word there. Every time you ship it back to High Point their "Great Warranty" it will cost you about $20. Give it a couple years and you'll have paid far more than that $100 in shipping plus lost time with your gun. When you buy a cheap gun you get a cheap gun. I just bought the same Springfield 1911 you have and a 9MM Subcompact XD to match my .40 so I feel your pain of cost. I'd rather wait and save a few dollars a week to get the better gun. Years from now you will be happy you did. Scraping my pennies now for that XD M 9MM before Adolph Obama bans them.

My C9 is a great gun! It's accurate and will shoot the ammo that others won't. I had a .45 that worked just as well, but was just too large to even have fun with. I don't use it for my standard protection gun, but it makes a great target and truck gun. Enjoy!
