The best things is life are worth waiting for!!
A phone call to the major suppliers/makers should get you that information.

No shortage of M1A's around here. Plenty of them on Gunbroker and the like. I see some good deals on the gun boards. With the poor economy people are selling extra toys.

How do you like the reverse rail for the scope? I have a scout mount on mine and was wondering how well that might work for me.

The LT-608 is made specifically for the SAGE EBR and it does not use the stripper clip guide.
I like it

I like it | Oh. Would it work on the Scout rail? I have the scout version and was considering adding a traditional scope. Also, does the scope mount help protect the scope from the brass?
Also, I could not find it listed on thier website. What is the price for the mount? Thanks!

that mount sits much farther forward of the receiver.
I think it's $170.00, you need to call the good folks at LaRue.
I use a breech shield and it protects the scope as well as my eyes and face.

And to ALL you M14, SOCOM or M1A owners, THANKS A FRIGGIN' LOT. LOL

Prior to '86 you could make new machine guns, or alter semi's to full auto. After '86 you no longer could make new machineguns except to sell to Law Enforcement, nor could you get approval to alter. (Not completely understanding what you ment...) Anotherwords it is a legally titled and owned machinegun that would have to be sold to those approved to accept a machinegun.
