Thumbs up GUN RIGHT GUNS!!!

I got this in an email. They are Para 1911's you can purchase and $25 bucks get donated to the NRA-ILA. Very nice looking, very well made and very good shooting 1911's.I like the fact they even sat Gun Rights on both sides of the slides...

that will be $25 donated to a good cause, maybe all the other gun manufactures need to follow suit on the donation, gun rights alone on th slide makes me want to buy one.

$828.00 out the door in my area. now I know what my next 1911 will be.

Do standard 1911 parts fit in a Para, though?

Most do. They use a barrel with an integral ramp. If you want to use a Colt pattern barrel you'll need a ramp insert. On the double row magazine versions the magazine, grips, trigger and magazine latch are proprietary, the rest of the parts are common to the 1911. (Note that some aftermarket parts, like ambidextrous safeties, either won't work, or have to be altered.)
