445 and 375 supermags
pair of usfa 45 colts, 357 dan.w, ruger b-hawk 41 mag,
dan.w 44 mag. the 1911 of course. pair of 9mm tokarov's and a taurus 9mm.
s&w 625. ruger b-hawk 30 carbine, rossi 357.
i am pretty sure i have a few others this is just off the top of my head.
and yes they all shoot cast boolits.
I have a colt 1885 frontier in 44-40 and I love it but it's time to have it fully restored and put in a case. I want to get an uberti or something decent chambered in 44-40 so so that little guy on my shoulder doesent kick me in the head every time I shoot my colt. I cant find any decent defensive loads in it though wich is sucks cause I'm not set up to reload yet.
One is a 4/58 inch bbl Uberti Cattleman in nickel finish.
The other is a 4/58 inch Taurus Gaucho.
I also have a Bond arms double bbbl derringer....
All three are in .45 Colt...
But to be honest, I am thinking about swapping off a modern gun to get a single action in .357 for cheaper ammo to plink with. .45 Colt is getting too expensive for plinking....
For CAS, I normally use a pair of 5.5" Armi San Marco made Colt Peacemaker clones in 357 Mag. I had the pistols mildly tuned. I shoot moderate 38 Special handloads with 140-158 gr. bullets.
My carbine is a Rossi Winchester 92 clone in 357 using the same 38 Special ammo.
For fun, I'll use a Ruger Super Blackhawk 44 mag with a 10" barrel sometimes. It turns heads when I draw it. A very light load with 240 gr semi-wadcutters is legal and accurate. Not all clubs accept adjustable sights, so be advised on that detail.
44/40 is not as popular as in my neck of the woods. Maybe 5-10% of shooters use it. I think the biggest reason it is not used as much is the 44/40 is not as easy to reload as the straight-walled case calibers like 45 Colt and 38 Special.
Flame retardant suit on.

It do take some getting used to. The brass is thin and easily crushed. Another problem is the original heel type bullets were .427's. Most modern guns have .429 bores and most sizing dies still size to .427 so trying to seat a .429 bullet in a case sized to .427 causes a lot of crushed cases to the 44-40 novice. One way to overcome the problem is to swap out the expander plug with one from a .44 mag. I just use a tapered hole punch to flare the cases a tad. Another problem is some of the older clones had problems with the bores and chambers being different sizes ie the chambers being smaller than the bores. Most all the clones have this straightened out but Ruger is still having problems with it.

I can't remember them all either. I could sit here for an hour and think about it and then go look and find at least one or two I forgot about. I can't even tell you exactly how many I do have.
billy, if you can remember all of the guns that you have,,,,,you don't have enough of them.
I like that attitude!
I have to use a software program to keep track of the guns, what mods I have done to them and what accessories I have for them. Then there's the hand gun grip collection... I think they breed at night....
