OK.

Years ago I joined a poker forum. I think it was 1982. IIRC.
In Texas Hold 'Em "7-2" was the worst cards you could be dealt.
My user name was Seven-Two.
For years everybody just called me "Seven."
Now when I join a forum I just use Seven.
I added the "©" to keep peeps from stealing my brilliance and taking credit.

There you have it.

Billy I've seen your avatar on a calendar at our local NAPA auto parts store!!!

I have used GUNZABLAZIN as a Fantasy Football team name, also MAGNUM FORCE, WEEKEND WARRIORS, GUNSLINGERS, AND GUNS AND TROPHIES.

I also like my SCARFACE avatar, with the guns a blazing!!!!

When I was working in China, all the chinese girls/guys had adopted Western names, so we reciprocated & adopted western chinese names. Plus the fact one of my chinese girlfriends thought I was a big boy!

Way back when the internet was just taking hold, I started my first email account. Since my name is Troy, I tried using that in my address. It was taken. Ok; no problem: I added the current year to Troy. It was taken. So was the next year, and the one after that. So I jumped ahead to the year 2000. It was accepted, and I've been troy2000 all over the internet ever since.

I thought about making up some story involving heroics, beautiful Russian double agents, and rarely-seen pistol calibers. But I'm basically lazy, and didn't have enough ambition to put it all together...

I was watching a great movie when I was registering my account. Had Mel Gibson in it. Great flick.

Well, that, and I consider myself pretty patriotic. 20 years military and 1+ now as a defense contractor. I couldn't see myself doing anything else other than serving my nation the best I can.

I was at the height of laziness and just used my middle name. Nothing heroic or spectacular here.
Otherwise Billy would still be trying to figure out a name!

Cheapblaster, because I'm ah...frugal, that's the word....and love to make noise with my rifles. This all started for me with 60 buck Turk mausers and 8 cent per round surplus ammo. But wouldn't you know it, the guns I want now are more expensive, but as long as I'm getting bang for the buck, its fine. My avatar is an illustration of frugality - its a rock used as a projectile.

I'm left handed (PROPER HANDED!) and I shoot left handed.

A simple thing from a complex person.
