XD Trigger mods

looking into gettin a 4" XD9mm and was wondering if anyone had modified their XD triggers to fix the very long trigger pull...less travel distance, lighter pull, trigger overtravel stop, etc.

Lets hear em, what you think, and price approximation!

Thanks in advance,

Twister

Twister, I had mine done @ SA's XD Custom Shop:

XD® SERVICES Trigger Work:

Combat action job (Reduction of trigger pull only. Suitable for self defense/carry.) .......$ 105.00
Competition action job (Reduction of trigger pull with reduced overtravel & reset. Designed for competition) ........$ 195.00
Overtravel adjustment added to trigger ......$ 40.00
Smooth surface on face of trigger ......$ 30.00
Increase trigger pull to 10-12 lb.......$70.00

Very satisfied with the results; however, it's somwwhat of a pain/expensive sending gun back to them for service . . . but . . . if ya want it done right . . . and . . . the customer service leaves nothing to be desired. Ya pretty much get what ya pay for.
