I'm looking to sell an m-1 garand and a Colt 1911.45.....anyone know any ffl dealers
in Abilene or Lubbock?

Go to gunbroker.com They have a service for locating FFLs. I believe you put in your zip code & select a distance. It'll list them with address, phone, etc. & most tell you what they charge for a transfer.
