I was born in Sterling, raised in Kit Carson County (Bethune), went to collage in Ft. Collins, lived in the Co Sp area (Black Forest and Monument) and was a cop in Co Sp for 26 years. I have three (3) sons and five (5) grandchildren still in that area and brother and cousins still in CO so I guess it is still 'home' to me. But the 'californacation' caused me to have to move.
