Decided to finally post. Being originally from Warren, in Bradley county to the east of you. But that was a very very long time ago. By the way, we moved from Warren to Texas after moonshiners bankrolled churches that led fight to have 2 of my father's 3 county beer distributorship franchise voted dry. Chuckle, one of my dad's closer friends back then in Warren, happen to be the Arkansas Speaker of the House of Representatives (served as speaker 14 years or so). This friend tried to keep our family in Warren by offering my Dad an Arkansas government job. LOL, Dad replied, only job I want is to serve on the Arkansas, Liquor Control Board. Needless to say, Dad knew too much about the moonshiners in Southern Arkansas, for him to get a job with LCB. Wish we still had the 200 acres family lived on outside of Warren. As a kid, I spent many a day in the forest back then.
