I'm from N. central Ar., myself but live in central Ar. now, hopefully temp. It's a little far for me but wish you luck at the gun show. I've been reading reports on different forums that the gun shows are being mobbed with sheeple buying for the first time and preppers getting their last minute items before Obamanation cuts it off.
My son up in Ky., told me the other day his favorite pawn shop may close because he can't get stuff to sell. Sold out all his guns and has very little of anything else left.
A sign of the times, I guess.

I live in Central Ar., I visited the Gun Show in Little Rock back a few weekends ago and left with nothing. I was extremely disappointed in the prices I found and the lack of cheap ammo. My local pawn shops are selling ammo for 10-20% less than the re-loaded stuff I found there. And that's for factory new loads.

Hey Snuffy, I know what you mean about places closing down, rumor has it that a long standing gun/pawn shop in this area is doing the same. Hopefully it's just a rumor.

Hi MWatson, I have a friend who is trying to sell an AR for me but has had no luck so far. If it doesn't sell by Thanksgiving I'll bring it home and might take it to the Springdale show. With all that is happening lately maybe I should keep it, I don't know.

What's the specs and price on the AR? I have been checking aound and things are thin.

DPMS lower. $750 I got the upper in April and it has less than a hundred rounds through it. Finish matches very well between the two halves.
I recently got an Armalite carbine and figured I didn't really need two of the same rifles.
