XD Man

I have a son that lives in Lee Co. I get down that way as often as I can so we can visit the grand kids. The Flint was really up last week end. One of the guys that works for him lives along the Flint and couldn't get to his house. Luckily his house is built up off the ground and only his garage got some water. VH

Well I'm stationed in Valdosta but originally from NW Arkansas. You sure do have some pretty ladies down there. In fact, I might be taking one with me! Sorry boys but that's one less for you!

Ha ha! I sure am, I've been there for a little over 4 years but have spent two of those four in Iraq/Afhganistan. Actually get back from Iraq in about 3 weeks! There will be many new guns bought!

Neat. My mom used to work at the base a little under 2 years ago. Capt. Coisman (he was a veterinarian on base.. I think that's the proper way to talk about him.. I'm not sure with the military terms.) was who she worked with..

Graduated high school in Valdosta ('61) while dad was stationed at Moody (when it was a flight training base). Graduated Benning School for Boys (aka Infantry OCS) in '66 and posted at headquarters there for a few months prior to deployment to Southeast Asia for 14 months of graduate study in conflict resolution and nation building. Worked in Atlanta and lived in East Cobb ('87-'90). Great state.

I have a Gainesville address but actually live in Forsyth county between Dawsonville and Gainesville, between 369 and 306. Work at Home Depot in Flowery Branch. New to this forum.
