Any gun store that spells shop like a wannabee country yuppie makes me wonder who their target customers might be. Somehow, cutesy names and guns just don't belong together. Keep it simple like the store down in Mount Hope that sells high end binoculars and assorted types of clocks - "Time and Optics". The name says it all without trying to be fancy.

I was over to Vance last weekend (the store on Cleveland Ave.) to pick up a Mosin-Nagant they're selling for $79.00 this month, and they refused to take a C&R license for the purchase, they demanded a 4473 be filled out to buy the gun. I was getting it to give to my son anyway, so I had him fill out the form and gave him the cash to buy it.

Their ammo was pricey to say the least, a 50 round box of American Eagle in 9mm was $14.99, limit 2 boxes. Had they been even a bit cooperative, they'd have seen a much larger sale from me, I'll not go to that store again. I will echo the praise for Olde English up from Vandalia, Ohio as a great shop, they get the best part of my business. Vandalia Tactical to me has much too high a price on their stuff, and the people working there seem to be pretty snobby about anything but high dollar firearms.

If it's self defense ammo I'll go to Gander Mountain, Fin Feather and Fur, or order it online from sportsmans guide or cheaper than dirt.
I'd stay away from CTD, but that's just me.
