Hello ALL!! I'm new to the site and haven't quite figured out the logistics!! Bear with me. Has anyone ever had any probs with the Colt Defender 1911 9mm?? Was shopping for a smaller concealed. THANKS!!

My Colt Defender is a .45 acp and it has been perfect. I never saw a 9mm Defender.
There are many choices for a 9mm in subcompact these days. You won't have any problem finding one to suit you.

i own a 1991 compact.the recoil is not much greater than a full sized 1911.inmo there is no better choice in 1911 style pistols than colt.i own several colts but all are in 45 acp,i can't comment on the 9mm version.
