New from New England (Maine)

Hi
I'm dedeyedik, call me ded for short.
I shoot air pistol and a baby Glock but not at the same time.
I'm not sure how I got here but that's kinda the story of my life...looks like a good place to be, the forum I mean...any other Mainers around?

Welcome to G&G...

...good to see we have a Maniac (Mainer) on board.

I worked for a Maniac (Mainer) while in the USAF, traveling around western Europe doing our jobs...

...exemplary supervisor and great guy!

Hope you enjoy your visits with us...

...and share pictures of your beautiful state with us too.

Hi Ded.

I'm in the Waterville-Augusta area and shoot at Cap. City R&P. I shoot rifle, pistol, and shotgun and load for all three.

I love to hunt grouse, woodcock, and deer. I also do some "hobby" gunsmithing.

Glad to have you on board.

Hi all,
I'm in Windham and shoot mostly at Falmouth Rod & Gun Club (www.frandg.org).

We have a fairly active action pistol group that shoots steel plates every Saturday morning from about April through late November/early December. The events are open to members and non-members.

Maine is the most Beautiful out of the NE States, I think.
Spend a lot of time RVing in your State.
Love Wells/Kennebunk area.
Spent a lot of time in Sanford too at a local CampGround my Brother belongs too.
Hope to do some ATVing this coming summer.

Have you guys taxed the air yet?

"Have you guys taxed the air yet?" - Only for the tourists!

Seriously, if you're traveling in the area on a Saturday morning and want to shoot some steel, everyone is welcome.

See how nice Mainers are...Mass. would shoot you, sell your truck and keep your guns, because they can't buy the same ones you and I already have.

I'm also new here and near Augusta, closer to Farmington though. I will likely have many really basic questions, I am trying to learn what I can on my own and am realizing the limits of that method!
