Smile May your Thanksgiving

Politically correct! May your Holidays be with family and joyful.

From the boys in the south; Happy Thanksgiving; I'll kill the turkey; you bring the yams, From the families of the south; eat, drink ice tea, until you think you will pop. Have a snack on the cake, pies, and a dolop of ice cream, while watching the games; taking a nap.

May your Thanksgiving be fattening and pleasant with family and all our friends> May your nap; be one of them over-eating sweating ones.

That's my favorite time of year, to get to see, and visit with friends and family, and the PC folks will never pry it away from me.

Thumbs up

Can't believe it's that time of year again. I'm still trying to lose weight from last year's holiday seasons. Regardless...I believe we have a lot to be thankful for, as well as a lot to be unthankful for, that's happened this past year. I'm a year older, probably not any wiser, and still enjoying life as much as possible. The next year is gonna be an eye opener for many who pulled the wrong voting lever recently. The economy is still going wild. However deer season has been a bright spot lately for some of us.

All in all, I'm still optimistic about the future. Going to make the best of the situation(s) and move forward with life...so happy thanksgiving everybody. Going to be 71 on Dec. 8th...so might as well enjoy my time on earth.

Hope everyone enjoys themselves and family. When you sit down at the table to enjoy your meal, please take time out to remember those that are far away from their families and loved ones. We'll be missing one at out table.

I do love this time of year. I get Halloween, then Thanksgiving shortly thereafter. My two favourite holidays.

I very much like having a distinctly American holiday like this to celebrate that doesn't come with a lot of "baggage" for jerks on either side to spoil for us.

Well, except for the enviro-nuts. You can feed me tofurky when I'm dead, but you'll have to dig for it.

I wonder how far you can take the turducken concept?

Chicken, duck, turkey, sheep, pig, cow?

Cowpisheturducken? Maybe throw a hippo and elephant in there?

Happy thanksgiving to all. We are going to stay home this holiday and spend some quality time together, being thankful for each other. Even though gas is cheap, we want to put our money into continuing to stock up. MRE's under the tree this year.

We call it Thanksgiving as well Seabee, its not quite the big holiday as you folks have. Christmas is my thing and to me its still about that special baby born all those years ago, and then Santa Claus and all that other fun. And when it comes to being politically correct about Christmas I'd like to politically correct those people up the side of the head who want to mess with my favorite holiday.

Ya'll take care, up there, and have a wonderful Christmas. I guess Thanksgiving is a North American tradition, that most other folks can't understand. But that's okay, we get to enjoy TWO good holidays, close together, and remember that those are the good times. Have a good one, Wily.
