rings and mounts

I recently bought a Sako 85 .300 WSM, to go with it I purchased a Leupold VX-L 3.5x 10 with a 56mm objective. Now I'm looking for a mount/ ring system andd am leaning towards the Sako optilock base/ ring setup. I was also considering Leupold's rings but they dont seem as sturdy. Can anyone recomend a setup or a seller that wont rake me over the coals.

WELCOME to G&G wingshooter. I've never put anything but Sako rings on my Sako rifles.

I'm with Steve on this one.
I had Leupold rings and they were a nightmare. It took the gun shop almost an hour just to get them installed to my liking. I thought the rings were sturdy, but they were not right for my M995.
Sako rings are the only thing I am using on this gun.

Sako or Leupold Ring mounts. Both are virtually identical. Make sure you pay attention when you pull them out of the box as one is marked front, the tuther marked rear. You would figure it out anyway, but possibly not until after a bit of trouble. Don't know about Zee mounts. But the sako style ring mounts are brute strong.
Also, for ease of use in finding the sight/target quickly, get the lowest mounts you can use without interference of front bell with barrel.
