West Virginia: Spending turns hunter orange to money green
We hear, over and over again, that West Virginia's deer hunting seasons contribute mightily to the state's economy. The latest survey, issued in 2006, shows just how important hunting is in the Mountain State. The bottom line? Hunters pump $285 million a year into merchants' pockets.
