p-90 troubles

I am going back to the range in the morning to test against other ammo, but today my p90 failed to return to battery afer less than 50 rounds this thing will eat everything usualy, I was shooting hand loads that were 7 grains of hs 6 in a rem case cci primers and a 230 gr fmj they were within spec and I have never had a problem with my loads before, this is the first time I have used hs6 in this pistol and I was working up loads hence the low charge. The rounds that did cycle and fire worked well. After the range I went home and cleaned it, hs6 is dirty I know but even my picky 1911s dont hicup with it. Is it the powder or am I just crazy, I know the gun can be trusted and hope to keep the trust alive. The pistol also has an efk fire dragon 2 stage spring in it, could this teamed up with the low charge be the problem?

i would imagine it is a combination of your load and that after-market spring system. Bring your loads up to factory spec and more than likely the problem will disappear........

I was cruising these posts while at work and realized I had not updated this. I changed the spring back and the pistol did the same thing, took a bigger notice to where the most fouling was building up, the hs6 was just too dirty for this pistol, I am now just firing factory loads out of it, 1000 rounds(S&B) later with the efk back in and not a hicup, also put 2o rounds of fed hydroshock 230s no problem. so I guess problem solved.
