.22 CCI stingers through the CZ 453

I tried this ammo out the other day as it is supposed to be the fastest .22 ammo in the world. It performs awesomely shoots alot flatter and straighter than most ammo iv experienced and has a nice crack to it.
But im having slight friction locking the bolt lever down from half cock, (very stiff)which i had not had before, is this dangerous or will the relatively new gun just need time to get used to it??

Cheers

I have that rifle in 17HMR. Great gun. The stingers are fast but will not group as tight as match or std velocity.
Not sure on the locking issue.

heres the targets i finally got round to doing, i used 4 diff ammo, Federals, Win. Powerpoints, Highlands and the CCI.
One at 25m and 50m.

The powerpoints dropped considerably with the xtra 25m.
