Well my rifle is finally on the way from J&G,and it will be here around 12-31-08!!!!!!!!!!!!The problem is, now that I debated about getting one for so long, now I go to several sources on the web,and all the ammo is sold out, except new stuff from Hornady. Is this just my bad luck,or do you guys think(and girls)that ammo will start coming back full boar after the new year?

The ammo I don't know.
I wish ammo would become
available. I handload and even
that is a problem with the wierd
diameter bullets.

WOW read your post and did a quick search-to my surprise not much around- when I see it for 1.00 a round I'm --on the auction sites

Did J&G say when or if any more?

I have not heard any news of more coming in

Graf has bullets, why not just load your own? I do. most everything you can by is spendy or corrosive so loading your own makes sense and dies are available.

Are dies expensive?

I found a guy selling 20 rds of milsurp 8 x 56R at a gun show for $8. Bought 2 bags. Should have bought more. Clip was included too.

Buffalo Arms has the bullets and the brass. I loaded some of my own and the rifle is both accurate and fun to shoot. Be careful with the Bulgarian surplus ammo from J&G, I had several shell casings split open on me.

Thanks for the heads up,I have had Bulgarian ammo in 7.62x54R that the casings split after discharge also.
