An anti-gun group is suing to stop a last-second Bush administration change that would allow Americans with state issued permits to carry a concealed firearm, to carry loaded guns in most national parks and wildlife refuges.
The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence sued the Interior Department in federal court on Tuesday.

Mine too. The justification for this Bill ... I believe, was to protect the people from certain wildlife.

Yep, ditto - I fear the two-legged beasts more than the four-legged.
A person who has been trhu the rigamarol of getting a CCW permit isn't going to be stupid and do something to lose it - or his right to own a gun period. The CCW carrier is the SAFEST person carrying a gun out there!

I'm curious to know on what grounds they could sue.

"Your Honor, we feel it is our right to violate the Second Amendment, negate CCW laws and ignore the recent Heller decision."
