By Clinton Lake, you could shoot hogs for a while, then Wildlife and Parks stopped it and they went after them in helicopters. Pigs turn wild in a very short while once free and reproduce like crazy. If you haven't seen pigs in your area, it's probably because there aren't any....yet.

I spoke with some guys in south central Oklahoma who said the ferrell hogs were just running wild and the said that Oklahoma was in the process of passing a law that if anyone was caught turning pigs loose to the wild it was going to be a $5000 fine,Ive head talk of the ferrell hogs at Clinton lake for years but the heard doesnt seem to grow much as I know a few hunters around the area and they dont talk much about the population growing.................

they're there, i'm sure they have adapted to hunting pressure or whatever they are doing today.

we were told by the KDWP that they can breed as young as 6 months, and have a litter of as many as 15 piglets every 6 months.

they aren't going anywhere

believe me, the characters running KDWP would fit right in with Tarlek, Nessman and the rest of them.
hell even Loni Anderson was better looking than our former governor
