ANYBODY GO TO THE INDY 1500? I HEARD FROM SOME OF THE REGULARS AT (MY) GUNSHOP THAT IT WAS ELBOW TO ELBOW, JAM PACKED ON SATURDAY? WE LIVE ABOUT 100 MILES FROM INDY.

I heard the same thing GUNZ. Went to a show in Ferdinand, IN. the 24th and it was miserable crowded. I sat with a good friend who had a table and it was so crowded folks could not move. It finally thinned down a bit but was actually bad for business for a while. Looks to be the norm for a while anyway.

Yeah last time I went, which was a year ago, it was miserable crowded. It was hard to look at things properly. I'm not against good attendence, but maybe it needs to be in a bigger venue!

Thanks for the links Mosineer. Believe it or not, I have never been to a gun show :O Do they usually have an entrance fee?

Yep!!! Not much though. Smaller venues usually 5 bucks. Indy was $10. I enjoy going, but the crowds are pretty bad this year. Gotta to go just because...

Indy 1500

You might try what works for me , on the way down to the 1500 I stop at
Mc donalds and get a large milk shake. By time I get ready to go inside I can't even stand to be with myself . If i want to get close to see something I have no problem what so ever , works every time . It sure gets the kids out of the way
