.....Burning a hole in my pocket. The nearest one was about 30 miles away, not too bad. First I look at the rifle racks, since I want a Finn M39. No Mosins, No Enfields, no K98's. Piss poor selection of used unless I want real antique American rifles. Which is funny necause I dragged my brother to one my his house in Milwaukee, and they had racks and racks of foreign guns. Then I went to the used pistols. Was looking at a used Ruger SR9, but they wanted 459 bucks for it. Imagine my surprise when I looked at a new one, and it was on sale for 439, with it's regular price 459. Pointed it out to the guy behind the shelf, but he just put up his hands and said he can't change the prices on the used guns. Anyways their jugs of powder were 6 bucks less a jug than the rip off places closer to my house, Got a pound of H4895, 100 240 grain .44 JHP's, and 100 125 grain .357 mags. Totalled up was 55 bucks, so all I had to pay was 5.

I was mad because I went to one north of Milwaukee, and they had two racks on the floor of used and Milsurp rifles. No milsurp at the one in Illinois, just expensive antique ones.

The funniest thing was they had a used Ruger SR9 for $459. One case over was a brand new Ruger SR9 on sale for $439. And the regular price was $459. When I asked the guy behind the counter about it he just shrugged and said he had no control over the prices on the used stuff.

I've always done well at Cabela's. I got my whole reloading press set, dies, tubller, ammo boxes, shell holders, auto primer and a bunch of other things there at a very low cost. I like Cabela's much better than Bass Pro.
I didn't even know Bass Pro had reloading stuff. But the closest one to me is only about 20 miles from a Gander Mountain is Wisconsin.
A small ammount of Bass stores carry reloading supplies. They don't offer it on the website or in the catalogue. If you find a store that sells the items and call them to get an item number you can call the 800 line and order it. It's kind of a pian but the closest store to me that carries reloading stuff is about 130 miles away.
