Customer service outstanding!

I bought a Hi-Point C9 from a guy pretty cheap. I get it home and if I wiggle the magazine and tug slightly it would come out. I took the handle off and bent the magazine catch spring, problem solved. Took it to the range no malfunctions and it shoots good. I call hi-point and ordered some grip screws and to get the magazine catch spring. She takes my order and says she is sending me a whole new latch assembly. She said the old ones were made of plastic and the new ones are made of metal. All without one dime coming from my pocket. Simply awesome!

I keep hearing this about Hi-Points customer service. It's nicet to hear about a company that will do this for you. It seems like a rare thing anymore.....

My dad bought another (used) 45 JHP acp and the clip was real weak. We took the mag apart and found the spring was broken. I called Hi-Point customer service told them the problem she told me just send in the clip they would send out a new one, I asked her if we could get just the spring she said sure. I told her we have 6 45's and asked if we could get two springs she said you bet and since you have that many guns in the family she also sent me two rebuild kits free of charge. We had the parts in 4 days.

I would consider this to be A+ service. I have requested parts from other manufacturers and did not get this fast of service!

I have heard nothing but good about their customer service. I sure want one of their .45 Cal. carbines if they ever get them out.

My experience with HP has been the same...

...and, I also look forward to seeing that 45ACP carbine in my hands.
